This meditation is perfect to process (uncomfortable) emotions. Whether they are a result of a recent event or an old emotion bubbling back up to the surface doesn't matter. The goal of the meditation is to get out of your head and into your body! That's where you'll feel the emotion and possibly the resistance towards it as well. By simply accepting and even surrendering to what is, you will free up that stuck energy and create the space to receive its inherent message and wisdom.

Being able to take a deep breath is the basis of good health and an important foundation for every yoga and breathwork class! Start here to learn how to access the full capacity of your lungs by breaking the breath down into three parts and then linking them back together.

Wind down and come back to a place of stillness.
