Meditation Mentorship

So you’re ready to let meditation change your life!? Congratulations!

Diving into meditation means reconnecting to yourself on a regular basis. It gives you the stability and clarity to deal with every challenge. It provides the space to release what has been holding you back in life while being deeply nourishing and strengthening.

My goal for you is to relax into the present moment, return to self love and ultimately step into your own power

In our time together we will first prepare your mind for meditation, then find practices to dive deeper into stillness, wholeness and joy. Together we will tailor your own meditation practices to your individual needs - so that you can continue meditating and evolving long after our time together.

Why working 1:1?

  • You are unique. By taking your personal life experiences, needs and wishes into account we can adjust the practices to what is best for YOU, week by week.

  • We can go at your own pace. There is no need to rush the process and plenty of space to really get into the practices that are best for you.

  • The success of meditation is seen in your daily life. This program leaves enough space for you to reflect and share, so you can embody the teachings and see the effects rippling out into your daily life.

     

What is included? 

  • 12 sessions for 60min

  • Homework/ intentions and specific meditation practice for each week

  • Meditation recordings for your home practice

  • Full email-support

  • Weekly check-ins to see how you’re doing

A typical session will consist of a short recap; discussion; an introduction of a new aspect/ technique; practicing it together and setting goals/intention for the next week.
